HGV2 Drivers

Our client is a family-run business with more than six decades of experience, built on a strong commitment to service and partnership. They provide high-quality logistics solutions to many of Britain’s best‑known brands and are currently seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their growing team.
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering palletised goods to businesses across the Midlands. The role involves opening the vehicle curtain at delivery points and waiting while customers unload the goods, with no handballing or manual unloading required.
Drivers will be expected to carry out daily vehicle safety checks before commencing their routes and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and guidelines. This is a temporary role but there is ongoing work available

Hourly Rate:
You will be paid £14.00 per hour through PAYE or £18.00 per hour if paid via our umbrella provider

You accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata.

This is an ongoing full-time position with temp to perm opportunities also available

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Full UK CPC
• Valid digital tacho card
• No more than 6 points

To be considered for this role you must have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year with at least 180 days commercial driving experience.
