Position: Receptionist

Location: Grants Pass, OR

Salary: $40,000 - $56,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule client appointments according to their preferences.
  • Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales or marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
