The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), within the Health Policy & Analytics Division, is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor to support the Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) Program. Established under Oregon House Bill 2362, the program reviews qualifying health care business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations, to evaluate their potential impacts on health care costs, access, quality, and health equity. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that health care consolidation supports Oregon statewide health policy goals and the well-being of its residents.

The Senior Policy Advisor leads complex health care transaction reviews involving hospitals, health systems, health insurance plans, and other health care providers.
