Job Description
The main requirement for Domino's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and be customer‑service oriented. CSRs must speak with customers throughout their shift and know how to resolve a variety of customer‑related issues, as well as have a detailed knowledge of product information, services, charges, and other relevant details to relay to customers when needed.
The position may involve working outdoors, in various temperatures, in noisy environments, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals. Physical demands include repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching or kneeling.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and advertising.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
- Prepare and package food products.
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
- Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed.
Wage for all CSRs is minimum wage, with the option for raises in $.25 increments up to $1.00 over minimum wage, evaluated by Regional Supervisors. CSRs may receive tips on a daily or bi‑weekly basis via an in‑store tip pool.
- Be 15 years or older.
- Be attentive to detail.
- Be customer‑oriented, friendly and energetic.
- Have cash management skills.
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
- Be willing to learn and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
- Work the listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed.

PaPay is $14.95–$15.20 hourly with additional tips.
