Not-for-profit health care provider is seeking two BE/BC Urologists to join their well-established group in southern Oregon.
Details- Join a team of five Urologists, six Advanced Practice Providers and excellent support staff
- Group serves over 600,000 residents across nine counties in southern Oregon and northern California
- Year one and two:
Higher of $/wRVU compensation plan or guarantee of $540k - Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 10%
- Participate in call rotation at $1,350 per shift
- $50k signing bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- $7k annual CME allowance
- Tuition reimbursement
- Student loan repayment assistance
- Earned time off — 30 days per year

- Retirement plan — match of up to 6% after one year and 1,000 hours of service
