As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. This role is an ambulatory clinic leadership position where you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader. Health care experience is not required.
What You Can Expect- Lead a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best outcomes for patients, teammates and the community.
- Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Be the primary clinic leader with autonomy to run the clinic while receiving support from the director, regional peers, and the broader DaVita organization.
- Foster a culture that rewards shared values and behaviors and supports the growth of team members.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to achieve regional goals and standards.

- Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN), at the discretion of DVP/ROD.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or certification to be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change).
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams to deliver results aligned with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
