. We are Regency Care of Rogue Valley, a skilled nursing community providing quality care to our residents in Grants Pass, OR. We are looking for caring and compassionate, resident‑mindful individuals to join our team.
- Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, provide direct patient care under state laws governing occupational therapy in home care.
- Follow the treatment plan set by the Occupational Therapist; perform procedures that a COTA is qualified and trained to perform.
- Make recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited program.
- Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification/License.
- Adaptability, compassion, detail‑oriented, friendly and courteous.
- Moderate physical strength to assist patients; ability to kneel, stoop and stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
