Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re partnering with a fast‑scaling, PE‑backed integrative primary care organization to recruit their first Chief Medical Officer (MD/DO). This is a rare opportunity to shape the clinical future of a high‑growth healthcare organization that is redefining how primary care is delivered.

What began as a bold vision has grown into a 19‑clinic organization across Oregon with 250+ FTEs, actively expanding into Southern Washington. The model blends traditional primary care with functional and integrative medicine, including advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle‑based care.

As Chief Medical Officer, you will provide enterprise‑wide medical leadership, elevate quality and compliance infrastructure, and partner closely with executive leadership as the organization continues to grow.
