CNC Machinist II

We’re seeking a CNC Machinist II to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in machining, this is a great opportunity to work in a high-performance manufacturing environment producing precision parts for defense, commercial, and environmental industries.

• Operate CNC 3,4 and 5 axis machines to cut and shape precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload raw materials safely.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Monitor machine operations, make tool wear offsets
  , and identify worn or damaged cutting tools.
• Is competent to assist in training others.
• Works well with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and identify defects.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

• 2-3 years minimum of CNC machining experience required
  .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Proficiency with gages, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
  .
• Experience with tool wear offsets, fixturing, and material handling
  .
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards (AS9100 experience is a plus).
• Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  .
• Comfortable working in a moderate-to-high noise environment
  .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Full-time position with 4-day workweeks. Days open Monday – Saturday.
• Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts scheduled between these hours) (weekend shifts may be required).
