Description
At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As part of our Production team
, you'll help build and assemble high-quality products designed to perform in demanding environments.
This is an entry-level position starting at $17.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.

Our Day Shift Production team works Monday–Thursday, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You'll Be Doing- Build and assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and correctly
- Measure, position, fit, and assemble components
- Read work orders and follow production instructions
- Verify materials and components before beginning work
- Inspect your work throughout the assembly process to ensure quality
- Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective materials and components
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit and assembly
- Keep materials, tools, and completed products organized throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
- Assist in other production areas when needed
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working with their hands
- Able to accurately use a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Able to work accurately while maintaining a steady production pace
- Positive and eager to learn
