• You are a soon-to-be-licensed LPN or current LPN seeking to expand nursing skills.

• Completion of an LPN program required by start date (may apply prior to completion).
• LPN:
  Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required on start.
• BLS:
  Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required on start.
