Position: Weekend Supervisor (RN)

New Starting Pay: $51.00/hr – $60.50/hr, based on experience. Sign-On Bonus: $8,500 for full-time new hires.

Location:

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Grants Pass, OR.

Schedule:

Full-time, weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 16‑hour shifts).

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) at Highland House, you will develop, implement, and update comprehensive care plans for residents, support floor staff, and provide leadership, supervision, and direct care to ensure high‑quality, compassionate care.
