Position Details

Full-time, 0.9 FTE. Variable schedule nights.

Wages: $53.99 - $77.79 per hour, with increases based on experience. Shift differentials: $2.50 for swing hours (3:00pm - 11:00pm), $10.00 for night hours (11:01pm - 7:00am), and $2.50 for weekends.

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) has 12 private beds operating 24 hours per day. The unit cares for patients with serious conditions such as diabetes mellitus, electrolyte imbalances, renal failure, liver failure, gastrointestinal bleeds, blood disorders, cancer, sepsis, surgical patients, respiratory distress, or multi‑system organ failure.

• Collaborate with critical‑care team members including RT, PT, OT, Pharmacy, Surgeons, and Hospitalists.
• Care for patients with PCAs and epidurals.
• Manage patients on heparin, insulin, or cardizem drips.
• Provide care for stable tracheostomies and patients requiring respiratory support.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; basic arrhythmia proficiency preferred.
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  RN licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required at start; BLS required at start; ACLS certified within six months of start.
