2 Part‑time | 1 PT Day (Sun‑Mon), 1 PT NOC (Mon & Wed) – 12 HR Shifts

• Hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
• Ability to assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring the highest level of care delivery.
• Passion for Care:
  Genuine desire to improve lives of others and uphold the highest standards of nursing care.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.

New nurses can participate in a 3‑month Long‑Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri‑Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.

• Professional development opportunities through OHCA, available at no cost to Nurse Residents.
• Limited‑time Long‑Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment: eligible after completing the residency and three additional months of employment (grant expires end of 2026; enrollment required by June 30, 2026).
• Residency program bridges the gap between academic learning and real‑world practice, helping new nurses transition smoothly into long‑term care. Experienced nurses new to long‑term care are also eligible.
