Minimum Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law
  • Minimum 3–4 years of operations experience (preferred in high‑volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts)
  • Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and access to a private vehicle required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer focused
