Store Support, Retail Support

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including assisting with customer order fulfillment, helping customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions support key operational objectives and require cooperation with other associates, vendors, carriers, and productive work with little to some supervision.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
• Answer customer questions on product order status and assist with cash management or program compliance as needed.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; support store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
• Demonstrate time management, attention to detail, and integrity at all times.

• Must be detail-oriented and have proven time management skills.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and respond to operational concerns of all associates.
• Ability to work with little/some supervision and in a team environment.
