Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing relationships with clients, managing their region and accounts for 100% retention.
  • Provide high‑level customer service, resolving complaints with a goal of zero customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive sales strategies to grow salon business in a minimum of the top 10 accounts.
  • Prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.
  • Meet assigned KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Manage calendar appointments with existing clients and prospects.
  • Maintain current product knowledge, market knowledge, competition overview, and trends.
  • Meet strict deadlines for client responses, administrative duties, social media posts, and other duties.
  • Manage social media accounts, posting regularly and driving engagement per our social media policy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate, support, and attend company and brand partner events regularly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Initiative and high drive for success.
  • Ability to hold in‑person meetings at salons and spas at least 4 days per week.
  • 1+ year of outside sales success.
  • Prior professional beauty industry experience beneficial.
  • Skin care background recommended.
  • Fast learner and highly adaptable.
  • High social media acumen.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proficient conflict resolution skills.
  • Moderate to proficient numerical skills.
  • High public speaking and presentation proficiency.
  • High computer and software proficiency.
  • High Zoom proficiency recommended.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication.
  • Daily travel to client locations.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit continuously.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license required upon hire and throughout employment, or reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting salary: $55,000 plus unlimited commission potential based on a percentage of total sales.
  • Bonus and incentive opportunities based on specific performance targets.
