Verizon Sales Associate – Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Our Sales Associates give their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the needs of our customers in the ever‑changing world of wireless. They also support their local communities through the TCC Gives program – 16 paid volunteer hours per year, the opportunity to submit grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).

- Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value to all customers.
- Conduct calls to customers who want to learn more about our products and services.
- Communicate effectively and stay connected through company resources.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Be ambitious, self‑driven, and motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more; maintain a positive attitude and contribute equally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
- Frequent standing; ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to travel approximately 10 % as required by the business.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
