We are hiring a Job Coach
for our Janitorial/Landscape program,
starting at $20.00/hr

Train, coach, and mentor teams who are providing valuable services in the community. Our fully paid training will give you all the skills you need to make a vital difference in the lives of Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities.

• Coach, mentor, and lead individuals to have the skills and confidence to be successful in their careers.
• Develop supportive relationships with team members
• Provide excellent customer service to community businesses

Successful applicants will:

• Have a heart and a passion to make a difference and help people become the best version of themselves
• Be 18 years & older
• Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver’s License
• Be able to lift 65 pounds
• Navigate in and around computers and tablets
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check
