Job Description Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room

Rapidly assess, prioritize, and treat patients with acute or emergent conditions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per ER protocols

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Education and Certification Requirements Active

New Mexico RN license

or compact license eligible to practice in NM

BLS (Basic Life Support)

required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

required

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

required

TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

preferred

Recent Emergency Room nursing experience strongly preferred
