Superintendent – Southwest Region

Apply for the Superintendent (Southwest Region) role at PUSH, Inc. The position is a traveling superintendent responsible for managing projects, mentoring crews, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

• Lead foreman and crews, directing project activities and ensuring on‑time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, retain existing employees, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, provide recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and recommend subcontractors, initiating cross training for personnel.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain daily project logs.
• Review daily time, invoices, and purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain equipment readiness, report weekly equipment usage, and handle preventative maintenance.
• Understand and apply project contracts, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Approve subcontractor units, production, quality, and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in utility construction, including excavation operations and equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license;
  Class A CDL preferred.
• Pre‑employment screening compliance, excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google G‑suite).
• Experience with project‑related reporting and managing stressful situations.
