This role offers
36 guaranteed hours per week and the opportunity to support mothers and newborns throughout the full birthing journey.

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Support laboring patients and assist with delivery and newborn assessments.
• Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, newborn care, and transitions home.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Float to other departments when needed, with appropriate orientation and training.

• Current, active New Mexico RN license or multistate eNLC license.
• Experience working in both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
