Test Engineer

Test Engineer I & II – Senior – Jabil

Base pay: $85,000.00/yr.

• Recruit, interview, and coach Test Engineers I & II.
• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, hardware, and software for electronic circuit boards.
• Lead team management: set measurable goals, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, provide training, and mentor team members across the organization.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and spearhead corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Control costs by streamlining processes, monitoring trends, and proposing efficiency improvements.
• Act as liaison for customers and support new product introductions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in test engineering, including ICT, FVT, ESS, or system‑level testing.
• Strong leadership experience in recruitment, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with five to ten years of experience.
