Process Technician III (Industrial Engineering – Process Technician)

Join Jabil as a Process Technician III to support the Industrial Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control at the production site.

• Assist in the preparation of time studies and time estimates.
• Update and maintain site and project layouts as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
• Update Key Process maps and the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB).
• Enter configuration data into SAP, including Bill of Materials configuration and part master data.
• Enter configuration data into Manufacturing Execution System, including routes, steps, and process times.
• Ensure standardization of Jabil processes in accordance with global, regional, and site direction.
• Support Lean initiatives by maintaining accurate process foundations and data integrity to enable process improvement.
• Assist engineering in determining tools and processes required for assembly.
• Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design).
• Strong eye for detail when updating data and systems.
• Basic analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, traceability systems, and AutoCAD.
