The position supports the Stockroom function in all material-related and control tasks. The role involves accurately and safely performing warehouse activities involving the physical movement of material with corresponding system transactions, supporting verifications, and documentation when necessary.

• Coordinate the movement of material to the necessary manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Physically and systematically execute material movements involving all types of material requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Execute material movements to areas outside the manufacturing process (e.g., shipping, parts prep, office personnel).
• Utilize RF scanners for ERP transactions where appropriate.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain organization of Bin Management and First In First Out maintenance.
• Return unused materials to stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF.
• Properly dispose of scrap components.
• Pull material for purges from stock as needed.
• Perform warehouse cycle counts where appropriate.
• Verify necessary material movements and paperwork to ensure correct physical and system movement of material.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, including Windows-based operating systems and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aids.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
