Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Grapevine, Texas

Work Schedule
: 8:00 - 5:00 (Monday - Thursday: Onsite / Friday: Remote)

Insight Global is looking for an AP Specialist that is responsible for streamlining, standardizing, and documenting all Accounts Payable processes. You will be handling invoices and resolving invoice issues with vendors and other internal departments to ensure payment in timely manner.

• Process vendor invoices for payment and ensure that payment is made and received in a timely manner.
• Review vendor statements for missed payments as needed.
• Contact internal departments to resolve invoice problems as they arise; investigate discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and contact appropriate departments; contact warehouse to resolve invoice shortages or non-receipt.
• Contact vendors to resolve invoices with discrepancies or obtain copies of invoices.
• Reconcile travel expenses and corporate card, as assigned.
• Process checks and ACH, as assigned.

• High School Degree
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel
