Thisroleisresponsibleforprocessing,tracking,andreconcilinginvoicesandpayments,ensuringaccuracyandcomplianceacrossbothourdirect-to-consumerandwholesalechannels.
Theidealcandidatehashands-onexperiencewith
NetSuite,,invoicingsoftware,and Excel,alongwithastrongbackgroundinvendorescalations,wholesaleinvoiceprocessing,andcorporatecustomerissueresolution.

- Accurately process,code,andentervendorandwholesaleinvoicesinto
NetSuiteandotherinvoicingsoftware. - Manageandp,ensuringtimelyandaccuratedisbursements.
- Ownvendorescalationsfromstarttofinish,communicatingclearlywithvendors,corporate customers,andinternalteamstoresolvediscrepancies.
- Setupandmaintainvendoraccountsandrecords,ensuringcompliancewithcompanypolicies.
- Communicatedirectlywithwholesalecustomersandinternalsales/accountmanagementteamstoresolveinvoiceandpayment-related issues.
- Collaboratewiththefinanceteamonprocessimprovements.
- Assistwithadhocprojectsandsupportasneeded.
- 2–4yearsofaccountspayableexperience,ideallywithinaconsumergoods,DTC,orwholesaleenvironment.
- Strongknowledgeofvendorescalationmanagement,wholesaleinvoiceprocesses,corporatecustomerissueresolution,andinventoryinvoicereconciliation.
- Proficiency in Net Suite ,,invoicingsoftware,and Microsoft
Excel. - Heavyexperiencewith,andenthusiasmfor,AIandautomationtools.
- Abilitytoworkcross-functionallywithsales,operations,andfinanceteams.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsforvendorandcustomerinteraction.
- Self-starterwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
