Thisroleisresponsibleforprocessing,tracking,andreconcilinginvoicesandpayments,ensuringaccuracyandcomplianceacrossbothourdirect-to-consumerandwholesalechannels.

Theidealcandidatehashands-onexperiencewith

NetSuite,,invoicingsoftware,and Excel,alongwithastrongbackgroundinvendorescalations,wholesaleinvoiceprocessing,andcorporatecustomerissueresolution.

• Accurately process,code,andentervendorandwholesaleinvoicesinto
  
  NetSuiteandotherinvoicingsoftware.
• Manageandp,ensuringtimelyandaccuratedisbursements.
• Ownvendorescalationsfromstarttofinish,communicatingclearlywithvendors,corporate customers,andinternalteamstoresolvediscrepancies.
• Setupandmaintainvendoraccountsandrecords,ensuringcompliancewithcompanypolicies.
• Communicatedirectlywithwholesalecustomersandinternalsales/accountmanagementteamstoresolveinvoiceandpayment-related issues.
• Collaboratewiththefinanceteamonprocessimprovements.
• Assistwithadhocprojectsandsupportasneeded.

• 2–4yearsofaccountspayableexperience,ideallywithinaconsumergoods,DTC,orwholesaleenvironment.
• Strongknowledgeofvendorescalationmanagement,wholesaleinvoiceprocesses,corporatecustomerissueresolution,andinventoryinvoicereconciliation.
• Proficiency in Net Suite ,,invoicingsoftware,and Microsoft
  
  Excel.
• Heavyexperiencewith,andenthusiasmfor,AIandautomationtools.
• Abilitytoworkcross-functionallywithsales,operations,andfinanceteams.
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsforvendorandcustomerinteraction.
• Self-starterwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
