Service/Car Washer (piecework) – Grapevine, TX

Join Teph Seal Auto Appearance as a Service/Car Washer on a piecework basis. This role involves washing exterior surfaces, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, and applying protective chemicals. Work includes detailed activity at auto dealership centers across the United States.

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using a variety of cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum the interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces throughout the vehicle.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Clean engine compartments and remove grease, if required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Physically demanding position requiring frequent movement, bending, lifting, and repetitive work.
• May require outdoor work and operation under varying climate conditions.
• Use of safe, OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Constant oral communication and quality inspection of work.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Quick learner capable of working as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Commitment to treating each customer’s personal vehicle with care and respect.
• Reliability, punctuality, and staying on task during shift.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required.
