A&P Mechanic

As an Aviation Mechanic, you will work on aircraft from nose to tail, gaining unique expertise. This specific role focuses on maintaining and servicing the Saab 340 aircraft.

• Perform comprehensive maintenance on aircraft in accordance with company policy, manufacturers recommendations, and Federal Aviation Regulations.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair airframe and powerplant components and systems.

• Document completed work per company procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Tow aircraft and perform minor maintenance on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) as needed.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

• Valid FAA Aircraft Mechanic certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings.

• At least 18 years of age.

• Eligibility to work in the US.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Capability to interpret policy, repair, and safety manuals.

• Flexibility to work various shifts.

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Ability to gain airport access badge.

• 2+ years of experience working on Saab 340B aircraft.

• Experience with Beechcraft 99, Beechcraft 1900, Embraer 120, or similar aircraft is advantageous.

• Aviation schooling

• Previous experience with GE T700/CT7, PT6A, PW118, and TPE
  331 series powerplants preferred.

• Experience with in a fast-paced, scheduled maintenance operation.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
