Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join a client site in Grapevine, TX. This full-time, direct hire role focuses on improving safety, quality, productivity, cost, capacity, and on-time delivery across manufacturing areas.
The engineer will apply Lean methods, DOE, and data-driven problem solving to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement, while collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering and other teams.
