Maintenance Engineer

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. Your expertise will keep the hotel’s infrastructure running smoothly, enabling guests to enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.

• Handle maintenance requests swiftly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction with timely solutions.
• Follow established procedures and policies diligently, and report emergencies or unusual situations immediately.
• Perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and minor repairs for guest rooms, meeting rooms, equipment, and furniture.
• Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Immediately follow up on any alarms or safety concerns.
• Assist with maintaining health code requirements for pool and spa.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior engineering experience in a full‑service hotel or similar field required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, or up to 20 pounds constantly when lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects.
