Assistant Banquet Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Banquet Manager at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center.

• Lead and support the Banquet team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of Banquets and F&B outlets, maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, cost control, purchasing, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operation during peak times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of management experience in Banquets at a full‑service hotel.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2–4‑year college degree is preferred.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Must be proficient with POS and Windows operating systems.
