As a Steward / Food Runner, you’ll be essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting our restaurant and banquet operations and helping create a seamless guest experience. Your role will keep the kitchen sparkling and deliver banquet food, equipment and supplies for the servers, allowing everyone to focus on delivering outstanding service.

• Clean and organize dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and drinkware.
• Operate dish machine and handle trash disposal.
• Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and assigned areas.
• Deliver banquet food, equipment and supplies for banquet events.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions.
• Contribute to a warm and friendly work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
