Overview
Join the Events Team as the Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency DFW, located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW offers 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space. This role is on‑property and is part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesThe Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling banquet food, beverage & meeting room rentals, menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. Duties include business development, contract review, facilitating communication before, during and post event with relevant hotel staff to ensure high‑level service, hosting hotel tours, maintaining strong customer relationships, participating in (and may lead) event meetings and other staff meetings, and working as a team member with the sales and events staff.
The manager works closely with an assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.

- Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
