Human Resources Manager - Multi Site, DFW

Join our dynamic team as a Field Human Resources Manager! Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and nurturing top talent? ETHOS is seeking a dedicated Field Human Resources Manager to provide invaluable support to hospital locations across the DFW area.

This position is in‑person with travel across multiple sites in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate must be willing to work at different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key liaison between staff and management, offering guidance on company policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I‑9, ADA, FMLA/FAMLI, and other relevant regulations.
  • Administer and track ADA/FMLA/FAMLI requests and other leave information.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Collaborate with Hospital Directors and management teams to develop and implement HR programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives, including staffing appreciation events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • PHR or SHRM‑CP certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, ADA, and FMLA, and experience handling employee relations matters.
  • Experience developing training programs and other HR initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility to support 24/7 operations and travel within the DFW area.
Compensation

$90,000‑$100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
