Our client is looking for a strong HR Manager to join their growing team. This will be onsite in Grapevine and will come with a strong base salary and benefits.
Responsibilities- Employee Relations — conflict resolution, grievance handling, engagement, terminations
- Payroll Administration — end-to-end processing, garnishments, audits, year-end (W-2s/1099s)
- Talent Acquisition — recruitment strategy, onboarding, employer branding
- Performance Management & Org Development — review cycles, training, succession planning, HR metrics
- HRIS, Records & Reporting — system management, data privacy, workforce dashboards
- Culture, DEI & Inclusion — training, accountability, inclusive leadership
- 10+ years progressive HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's preferred - SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certifications preferred, but not required
