The SAP Basis Lead/Administrator responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis as well as scheduling and executing the SAP transport system. The SAP Basis Administrator collaborates to resolve SAP transport and source code problems.

• Responsible for architecting, designing, installing, and helping to build innovative solutions around the entire SAP suite including SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA
• Work with teams located across multiple geography
• Basis & Client Administration:
  Local Client Copy, Remote Client Copy and Client Export-Import
• Transport Management System Configuration (STMS)
• Applying Support Package, OSS Notes, Java stacks, SPAM and Kernel upgrades
• Working with Third party and SAP tools for Backup, Table Space Management, Batch Job monitoring, Scheduling like Control M, Monitoring, Automation like Automic, Archiving, Load Balancing
• SAP integration and connectivity monitoring
• Monitor SAP system performance, optimize performance and set up alerts
• Installation of various SAP components including S/4
  
  HANA, Appliance Library, NW stack, BW, GRC, FIORI, MDG and Solution Manager 7.2
• SAP Landscape sizing and Capacity planning
• HANA administration
• Database patching
• Operating system (print queues, servers)
• Experience with Archiving with tools like ILM and Open Text will be good to have
• Installation, configuration and management of Windows 2000/2003 servers
• User/Group Management, File/Folder Permissions management, managing sharing resources
• Remote management Using tools like Remote Administrator, VNC Viewer and Remote Desktop
• Installation of databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
• HA/DR Planning, Setup, and Testing
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
• Contribute to knowledge base of the SAP Practice

• Over 15 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience
• At least one project experience with S/4
  
  HANA
• Knowledge of S/4
  
  HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture
• Conversant with Agile, Activate methodologies
• Conversant with SAP system upgrades using SUM and DMO
• SSO configuration experience
• Conversant with Cloud migration
• Experience in SAP Basis Administration and Installation of all SAP components ranging from ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, Solman 7.2, CX suite
• Conversant with daily system monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Production System
• Must have Good understanding of network protocols, operating system and networked system
