Kubota Tractor Corporation is undergoing a major transformation and implementation of SAP S/4

HANA. The Applications Architect Manager will lead the IT systems implementation, deployment and support of the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process for Kubota North America.

The role will own OTC architect functionality of S/4

HANA, partner with business units to understand requirements, ensure process standardization using out‑of‑the‑box SAP capabilities, facilitate key design decisions, integration, hands‑on configuration, testing and operational monitoring to continuously improve efficiency and quality.

• Partner and collaborate with the business as the single point of contact for the new SAP S/4
  
  HANA system, managing the Order‑to‑Cash process.
• Lead SAP OTC solution design sessions, provide inputs to RICEFW and data migration teams, manage cutover activities, testing and end‑user training.
• Configure, document and maintain OTC functions in S/4
  
  HANA: enterprise structure, business partner, customer hierarchy, variant configuration, order/contract management, complex pricing and rebates, ATP, backorder processing, deliveries, returns, warranty management, invoicing, and integration with Finance, Materials Management and external systems.
• Manage production support, troubleshoot live system issues, lead root‑cause analysis and ensure minimal downtime while adhering to change control processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements by monitoring KPIs, proposing changes, estimating implementation cost, timelines, and enhancing business outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader and subject‑matter expert, researching new SAP capabilities, contributing to reusable content, and leading training initiatives to improve internal technical capabilities and end‑user satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP functional domain with SD module and OTC process.
• Completed at least 2–4 S/4
  
  HANA implementations including OTC.
• Expertise in SAP SD, Logistics Execution, Pricing, Variant Configuration, Customer and Product Hierarchy, Master Data Management, and S/4
  
  HANA OTC.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces for end‑to‑end OTC, SAP SD‑FI, SD‑MM integrations in ECC and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Ability to design and make independent decisions in design activities.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present to end‑users, peers, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Strong team leadership skills to guide functional team members and business users.
• Certifications in Agile Project Management and SAP Activate Methodology preferred.
