SMS Info Comm in Grapevine, TX, is seeking a Computer Technician on the mid-shift to diagnose and repair tablets, laptops, desktops, and all-in-ones. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, disassemble and reassemble components, and work toward KPI targets, while maintaining a positive warehouse environment.
The role requires pursuing A+ certification, currently attending tech school, and 2–3 years of repair experience across multiple OEMs, such as Dell, HP, Toshiba, Apple and Acer.
