Air Export Warehouse Supervisor DFWB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Air Export Agent Supervisor in Grapevine, TX. This role is responsible for coordinating international air import shipments, managing documentation, working with carriers and customs brokers, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate has previous freight forwarding experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• $20/hour

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Located in Grapevine, TX

• Monitor flight ETAs and coordinate cargo transfers from airports to designated warehouses
• Manage assigned import shipments from customs clearance through final delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas partners, carriers, customs brokers, and trucking providers
• Prepare and distribute arrival notices and provide timely shipment status updates
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and resolve transportation or delivery issues
• Verify proof of delivery (POD) documentation
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, account managers, and internal teams
• Prepare and process invoices for freight, terminal, and handling charges
• Review documentation and billing information for accuracy
• Support month-end billing and closing activities
• Ensure shipments are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established procedures

• Previous air import or freight forwarding experience required
• 1–2 years of air import or freight forwarding experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
