Working closely with the Store Manager, this position is heavily involved in every facet of day-to-day store operations. The primary focus is ensuring compliance with established company policies while driving the team to meet and exceed sales, service, and operational objectives. When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Manager assumes total responsibility for the location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safeguarding the welfare of employees and customers while maintaining a premium shopping experience.
• Overseeing all POS terminal transactions, including sales, discounts, refunds, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Managing inventory control protocols such as shipping, receiving, price management, and conducting physical inventories.
• Executing sales floor merchandising and visual presentation in line with corporate standards.
• Handling payroll control duties, including scheduling, budget compliance, and time-and-attendance tracking.
• Training and developing staff to consistently reinforce operational standards.
• Enforcing loss prevention policies to protect company assets.

Successful candidates must pass a background check and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. The position requires solid managerial, organizational, and interpersonal abilities to navigate customer and employee interactions effectively. A working knowledge of footwear, accessories, and shoe care is expected, alongside basic mathematical proficiency and a firm grasp of corporate store operations.
