A reputable roofing contractor is looking to bring on a new Residential Roofing Branch Manager. They need someone with a background of building teams and operating at a high level.
Residential Roofing Branch Manager Qualifications- 5+ years of residential roofing experience, with both retail and insurance
- Door knocking background. Training reps on it and willing to do some yourself
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage different personalities- in-house team, subcontractors, customers, vendors
- Base salary depending on experience
- Commissions on all personal sales, override on sales team production, additional incentives based on profitability of the branch
