The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of medical products while following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, and production procedures. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and support production and manufacturing equipment
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures
- Weigh, handle, and transport production materials
- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks
- Count, sort, label, package, and box finished products
- Palletize and prepare completed products for movement or shipment
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production work areas
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement and overall production efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
- Some weekend work and overtime may be required based on production needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of related production, manufacturing, or logistics experience
- Previous pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Strong work history with reliable attendance
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and detailed procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and twist
- Manual dexterity to assemble, handle, and package products efficiently
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
