Communications Specialist I (Brand Communications)

This role is responsible for assisting with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the communication programs. This role also coordinates communication efforts with key stakeholders across the organization to support strategic initiatives.

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

This position requires 5 days onsite/in-office in Grapevine, TX.

• Develop and deliver impactful content which may include but not limited to: videos, presentations, newsletters, meetings, etc.
• Complete tasks for effective implementation of the key programs.
• Collect and analyze data to determine effectiveness of communication program and propose improvement ideas.
• Manage intranet site content ensuring information stays relevant and up to date.
• Develop SOP’s to ensure long term program success.
• Learn and present new opportunities designed to enhance the communications to the targeted audience.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, or related field preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years Communications experience in a corporate environment required.
• Demonstrated portfolio work of previous experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in project and workload management.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite including, but not limited to:
  Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
