The Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and executing our marketing, brand, and communication strategy. This role owns brand stewardship, strategic marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, market insights, and performance analytics. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Business Development, Operations, HR, and executive leadership to strengthen market positioning, enhance pursuit quality, elevate internal communications, and ensure consistent, high-impact representation of our brand across all channels.
RequirementsBrand Stewardship & Rebrand Execution
- Serve as primary steward of RBS brand, ensuring all internal and external assets reflect the company’s visual identity, messaging, and standards.
- Lead execution of rebranding initiatives, including development of templates, presentations, signage, and standardized marketing assets.
- Ensure all marketing, communications, proposals, and digital materials align with brand guidelines.
Internal Communications & Brand Alignment
- Develop and deliver clear, consistent internal communications, including company wide announcements, leadership messaging, and organizational updates to strengthen alignment and engagement across the company.
- Support major internal events (annual team meeting, town halls, leadership sessions) by creating messaging, producing high-impact presentation materials, and branded materials.
- Manage content for the company newsletter and intranet in partnership with the HR team to improve communication flow and employee experience.
Market Intelligence & Business Development Support
- Partner with Business Development teams to develop high-quality collateral that enhances client pursuits, including capability one-pagers, geographic and market-sector sheets, case studies, project profiles, customer-facing decks, and team resumes.
- Enhance proposal templates and qualification packages to support RBS’s transition toward owner-direct and qualification-based delivery strategies, improving competitiveness and win rates.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, inform strategic decision-making, and guide positioning for target markets.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support market expansion, customer acquisition, and project opportunity development.
External Marketing, Digital Presence, & Public Relations
- Draft and publish press releases, project announcements, award recognitions, and company news to strengthen external visibility and industry credibility.
- Manage and maintain website content to ensure accurate and compelling representation of our capabilities, projects, and service offerings.
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword optimization, content structuring, and performance analysis to improve search visibility and inbound traffic quality.
- Manage social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness, support recruiting efforts, and showcase company culture.
Marketing Campaigns, Analytics, & Performance Measurement
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment, and event activation.
- Track marketing performance metrics (web analytics, social engagement, lead metrics, event ROI) and develop insights that guide continuous improvement.
