Bear Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring LVNs for Monday‑Friday 6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm, and PRN shifts.

Sign on Bonus: $250

• Providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and supervising the program aide.
• Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Administering medication.
• Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collecting specimen samples when needed.
• Participating actively in patient care planning.
• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
• Assisting in medical procedures.
• Managing emergency medical situations.

• Valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Proof of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
