Sr. Quality Auditor

The senior quality auditor conducts inspection of product using visual inspection and if necessary electronic, or electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure unit functionality according to customer or in-house quality specifications.

• Conducts inspections in compliance with controlled specifications, inspection plans, standards and customer documentation.
• Familiarization with following written procedures, specifications, work instructions and standards.
• Familiarization with Engineering documents such as Bill of Material (BOM), assembly drawings, isometric drawings, deviations and engineering change documentation.
• Familiarization with various electronic components and parts identification.
• Familiarization with industry standard quality practices.
• Knowledge of standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, DMM and microscopes).
• Discusses inspection results with those responsible for products and may recommend necessary corrective action.
• Working knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Other Duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED or
• 2-4 years’ experience and/or training required.
