Leasing Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Grapevine, TX. The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in connecting potential residents with their future homes by managing leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

• Assist prospects and current residents with leasing inquiries and information
• Prepare and complete lease agreements
• Coordinate and promote resident retention efforts
• Maintain accurate lease administration records

• Experience with leases, lease administration, and managing leasing documentation
• Strong customer service and resident retention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively address resident inquiries and requests
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management software or systems is a plus
• Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred
