• The Food Runner ensures the guest experience is pleasant, timely and well-coordinated across courses.
• Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
• Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
• Present appropriate Perry’s entrees (e.g., Pork Chops, Chateaubriand, Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks) table-side for guests when applicable.
• Assist the chef team with ongoing kitchen maintenance, including replenishing cutlery and crockery, and cleaning surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
